Conditions:

Please read through the following carefully before placing your order. By placing your order you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out below.
We would also like to mention that any personal information provided by you is confidential and will not be passed on to any other companies or organizations.

Delivery:

Wohh undertakes to deliver your purchase within 5 days of receiving your order if residing in Portugal, for residents outside Portugal shipping time can vary between 5-10 days, depending on where packages are being sent.
You will receive an email on dispatch of your order.

Furnitures:

The transport of furniture must be agreed upon between the client and wohh in order to offer the best prices.

Within portugal:

Shipping within Portugal will be 5.00 euros regardless of the weight. All orders are sent with CTT (Portuguese nacional post) signed for delivery. You will receive an email upon the dispatch of your order. If you are not home at the time of delivery you will be left a calling card by ctt in order for you to collect your parcel from your local post office. You must collect your parcel within 14 days, after this time ctt will return your parcel to us. Once you receive the email notification of your order dispatch please be aware of this and look out for your calling card. Order parcels that are returned to us can be re-delivered but at your own cost, we will notify you by email regarding re-delivery of your order. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a full, correct and valid address, if order parcels are returned to us because an address is incomplete, incorrect or invalid the customer will be required to pay for the re-delivery.

International:

Shipping to Europe will be 12.00 euros per item regardless of the weight.
Shipping for the rest of the world will be 18.00 per item regardless of weight.
All orders are sent via airmail by CTT express signed for delivery. You will receive an email upon dispatch of your order. If you are not home at the time of delivery you will be left a calling card by your local postal service in order for you to collect your parcel from your local post office. You must collect your parcel within the set time outlined by your local postal service, after this time your postal service will return your parcel to us. Once you receive the email notification of your order dispatch please be aware of this and look out for your calling card.

Order parcels that are returned to us can be re-delivered but at your own cost, we will notify you by email regarding re-delivery of your order.It is the customer responsibility to provide a full, correct and valid address if order parcels are returned to us because an address is incomplete, incorrect or invalid. The customer will be required to pay for the re-delivery.

We love to combine shipping!

For most lightweight items sent within Portugal, add 2.00 for each additional item, for lightweight items sent internationally, add 4.00 for each additional item.
Most additional accessories purchases will be shipped for free when combined with a clothing purchase.

*Please note that wohh cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost during shipping.

Payment:

wohh accepts payments with paypal or bank transfer.

Returns:

To return items to wohh please email info@wohh-store.com with your full name, original order reference number and reason for return. Items must be returned at your own cost. We remind you that wohh cannot refund the cost of postage once orders are dispatched. Once the returned goods have been received we will process your refund to the card from which the original payment was made.
